handsome brothers

i had the pleasure of photographing these two handsome brothers for a friend of mine just the other day. it was HOT outside but the boys were troopers. they did great and really do love each other.

sweet baby Ella

my good friend Marcie had her baby girl on May 14th. here is baby Ella in all her beauty at about 3 weeks old. oh my! how it makes me want to hold our little baby.

party of six

i had the pleasure of photographing this family last saturday. they have 4 young kids ( like we will soon have) so i got a little dose of what life will be like as a family of 6, full of love, lots of hugs and kisses and a small bit of expected chaos :) the kids were great and the parents are so laid back. it was a fun morning.

miss blue eyes! how amazing are these eyes, and those sweet curls in her hair.


baby wasnt to happy for these photos, but i still just love something about all of them, even with a not so happy baby front and center. it is real life. the whole family was singing him songs to try to calm him down and mom and dad didnt stop smiling for one second. i hope they like at least one of them.

Kendal is ONE!

this pretty little lady is the one who started it all and now she has just celebrated her FIRST birthday. she was the first baby i photographed besides my own children after i got my new camera and fell in love with photography. maybe i fell in love with it so much because i had such a beautiful subject. if you want to see her new born photos click here.
kendal is an on the go kind of girl. she loves to be outside so it was tough to keep her down for long.
but look at how sweet she is when you get her to freeze for just a second. i just cant get over her beautiful hair and eye lashes. she is going to have hair to die for as she gets older.
